THE WARRIOR CLASSES

At The Mission HQ, we believe fitness should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we offer the Warrior Class, a complimentary program designed for individuals in our community who may feel vulnerable, including those who are chronically ill, elderly, or simply looking for a supportive space to rebuild strength and confidence.

This class focuses on improving strength, balance, and boxing skills, but its true purpose is creating a welcoming, supportive community where everyone feels they belong. It’s at the core of our mission to make fitness inclusive and empowering.
