Includes 10 one-on-one, 30 or 60-minute sessions designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Work with a coach who will develop a tailored program using gym equipment, free weights, machines, and more, to keep you on track.
Looking to focus purely on boxing? Our boxing-only personal training sessions are available, offering expert coaching without the gym work. Perfect for improving your technique, building stamina, and enjoying the art of boxing.

Full Session: $900 (10 sessions)
Half Session: $500 (10 sessions)

Designed for our personal training clients, this membership level gives you access to the Open Gym program at TMHQ. To qualify, you must commit to at least one personal training session per week.
