That’s why we created the Lil Warriors Program—a fun yet challenging training program for kids aged 13 and under that helps them develop confidence, focus, and the RenalWarrior spirit through fitness and discipline.
This program is designed for kids who are excited to learn, ready to challenge themselves, and open to growing through effort and hard work. While it’s not a casual drop-in program, we aim to create an engaging environment where kids who are committed can thrive.
What We Teach:
Boxing Fundamentals: Kids learn proper form, technique, and combinations to build confidence and skill.
Physical Fitness: Exercises designed to improve strength, agility, and coordination in a safe, age-appropriate way.
Teamwork and Synchronization: Group training sessions that promote camaraderie, focus, and accountability.

Performance Opportunities:
Our Lil Warriors don’t just train—they shine! Each year, participants showcase their skills in live demonstrations, including our 4th of July performance, where they display synchronized routines and individual boxing/kickboxing combinations with coaches. These events help build confidence, pride, and a sense of achievement.
